Editora Abril is a major Brazilian publisher and printing company and one of the biggest media holdings in Latin America. Abril's Guia Quatro Rodas ("The Four Wheels" set of guidebooks) is known as "Brazil's Lonely Planet Guide," reviewing restaurants and sightseeing trips in 12,600 locations spanning 900 cities in Brazil. The Quatro Rodas series also includes the most widely-used road maps in the country. As one of Abril's designers, I created layouts for a number of guidebooks and magazines and edited accompanying and stand-alone maps

My name is Esther Abramowicz, and after living in Taiwan and Hong Kong for a few years, I'm now based in Washington DC. I’ve worked in the graphic design industry since graduating from university in 2008 and for six years I’ve designed print collateral, brands identities, and editorial material.
